In 2010 the Consortium leased a parcel of land (part of the Hewett School silel from the Centr81 Norwich Foundation Tru51 and gained planning pem)ission for hockey prtches. The first pitch was opened in June 2011. In December 2014 the Consortium agreed to Su￿let part of the land lo the Girts, Day School Trust IGDSTI in order for them lo build a pttch for the Nomich High School for Girls INHSGI using the planning permission already in place. Whilst not members of the Consofts"um. GDST and NHSG agreed to certain conditions as part of the afrangement, the principal condrtions being.. primarity through Norwich Dragons Hockey Club, lo allow cunmunty use of the ptich in the evenings and al weekends to ensure the Consortium pitch was booked by OLFtside user5, if it was available, before the Hi9h School pitch lo provide financial, planning and project management resources to SUPkK)rt the construction of a pavilion at the site, this specific offer was offiually withdrawn by GDST in November 2018. Going concem After making appropriate enquiries, including taking into account the current Cov1￿19 crisis, the Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources lo continue in operab.onal existence for the foreseeable future. The TTUStees are expecting a drop in income and some reduction in expenses for the year 202￿21, however there are adequate levels of free reserves and the Trvslees do not expect the current crisis to impact on the Company's going concem positson or future developments.
