Wlh this in mind, Ihe Directors of EGCT have come lo the condu$ion that the charity VAII no longer be able to sustain the tremendous costs needgd lo kp Ihe vohi¢le fleet in a legally compliant, safe, and rel¥ble o)ndth'on and therefore not be ab]e to mainlain ts ¢onlr8¢tual obligations
