Thetrusteeswhoarealsodirectorsof thecharityforthepurposesof theCompaniesAct2006,presenttheirreport with
thefinancialstatementsof thecharityfortheyearended30September2020.Thetrusteeshaveadoptedthe provisions
ofAccountingandReportingbyCharities:StatementofRecommendedPracticeapplicabletocharitiespreparing their
accountsinaccordancewiththeFinancialReportingStandardapplicableintheUKandRepublicofIreland(FRS 102)
(effective 1 January 2019).
Groupaccountsarenotrequiredas thiscompanyis theparentof a smallgroup.EalingCricketClubis a company limited
byguarantee,governedbyitsMemorandumandArticlesofAssociation.TheClubisregisteredasacharitywith the
Charity Commission.

OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES

Objectives

As set out in the Articles of Association, the objects of Ealing Cricket Club are:

1. to provide community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities for playing cricket and other sports ("facilities" means land, building, equipment and organisation of cricketing or other sporting activities); and

2. to advance the education of children and young people whether or not undergoing formal education.

TheClubhasbeeninexistencesince1870and,inthattime,hasbecomeanimportantpartofourlocalcommunity. We
area familyClubandthisliesattheheartofoursuccessbothonandofftheplayingfield.Fosteringthissenseof family
involvement is the cornerstone of our efforts to promote cricket in our local community.
The Trusteesrecognisethat,followingthe Club'sconversionto becomea charity,the Club'svariousactivitiesmust be run
accordingtothebestprinciplesofcorporategovernance.TheTrusteesbelievethatthecharityconversionhas focused
oureffortsonachievingourtwinobjectivesforthebenefitofourlocalcommunity.Wecontinuetolookto attract
volunteers to strengthen our team to ensure we can deliver the best quality services.
TheClubhasa fee-payingmembership,whichis concessionaryforspecificgroups,e.g.Juniors,andforotherswhere the
paymentoffeesmightbeanobstacletotheirparticipationincricketactivitiesattheClub.Theprincipallimiton the
numberofplayingmembersattheClubhasbeenthelackoffacilitiesthatwehaveavailableforouruse.However, we
expanded our playing facilities in recent years and this has allowed us to continue to grow our cricketing activities.

OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES

Charitable activities

Eachyear,theClubupdatesits DevelopmentPlanas partof its ClubmarkaccreditationwiththeEngland& Wales Cricket
Board. This document summarises the activities that are planned to achieve our objectives.
We are a club focused solely on cricket.
In2020,wehadplannedahugesummerofcricketattheClub,beingour150thanniversaryyear.And,although the
COVID-19pandemicdisruptedourplansfortheseason,theyearwillstillberegardedasoneofthemostremarkable in
thelonghistoryoftheClub.Asthefirstlockdownrestrictionswereeased,weopenedourfacilitiesinlateMay for
memberstopracticeontheirownand,inmidJune,webegangrouptraining,beforestartingtoplaymatchesfrom mid
July.Ateverystageoftheprocess,thelevelofengagementwithourmemberswasfantastic.Thehugeinterest was
evidenced by availability for practice and matches and demand for our holiday courses at record levels.
So, althoughour cricketactivitieswere curtailed,there was a huge commitmentfrom everyoneat the Club to get as  much
cricketonaspossibleandwefinishedtheseasonwithamuchcloserrelationshipwithourmembersandwiththe Club
being an even more important part of our local community.
In SeniorCricket,ECC hadfiveseniorMen'steamsplayingleaguecricketon Saturdays,albeitwe playedonly9 out of the
planned18 matchesandtherewas no promotionor relegation.We enteredthe MiddlesexCup,MiddlesexCricket Board
DevelopmentLeague,theECBU19NationalClubChampionshipand,theMiddlesexWomen'sCricketLeague.Dueto the
demandfrommembersto playcricket,we organisedfriendlyfixturesforour5thXI and6thXI onmostweekends, often
onbothSaturdaysandSundays.Unfortunately,a numberofcompetitionsthatwehadplannedtoenterwere cancelled,
including. the ECB National Club Championship, the ECB National T20 Cup and the Chess Valley League.
OurYouthCricketactivitieswerealsoimpactedwithteamsplayingabout75%ofanormalLeaguescheduleinour Area
and all Cup and County-wide competitions were cancelled.
TheYouthCricketsection,whichhasapproximately500membersbetweentheagesof5and17intheClub's18 junior
teams,issupportedbyseniorqualifiedprofessionalcoachesassistedbyalargenumberofvolunteercoaches, mostly
drawnfromtheparentsoftheYouthCricketers.ManyofthevolunteercoachesundertakeECBsponsored coaching
courses and some go onto Level 2 courses. Our Girls' section is one of the largest in the country with over 100 girls.
SeniorcricketisprovidedbytheClubacrossaspectrumofstandardsandcompetitivenessandisplayedby participants
with a wide range of ability levels. It is also an integral part of the continuum of youth development and participation.
TheseniorMen'sandWomen'steamsoftenincludeasignificantnumberofYouthCricketersgivingouryounger players
the opportunity to get exposure to more experienced cricketers and to play at a higher level.
TheClubprovidesplayingopportunitiesforalllevelsofabilityalthoughallteamsareusuallyselectedonability. This
ensuresthatteamscontaintheskillsnecessary(forexample,bowling,batting,fieldingandwicket-keeping)and that
playersplaycricketata levelcommensuratetotheircompetencetoensuresafety.Selectionisbasedonthe experience
andjudgementofcoachestakingintoaccountanumberoffactorsincludingthebalanceofskillsneededand player
availability. When there are sufficient players available, the Club seeks to organise additional fixtures.
In recentyears,we have highlightedthe needfor the Clubto expandits playingfacilitiesto allowit to satisfythe demand
for cricket activities.

OurmergerwithHanwellCricketClub,completedin2013,providedabadlyneededadditionalground,particularly for
YouthCricketers.And,in 2017,Popesfieldfinallybecamea realityaftera longgestationperiod.Popesfieldhasproved to
bea hugesuccessbothas a centreof cricketexcellenceanda sportsvenueforourlocalcommunity.In 2021,we expect
that we will need to hire additional playing facilities to cater for all of our planned activities.
CoachingcoursesforyoungcricketersonSundaysandthroughouttheschoolholidayscontinuetoberunatthe Club
underour brand,PremierCricketCoaching.And in 2019/20,we expandedour comprehensivewintertraining programme
for our Youth Cricketers, which has again been very popular.
WealsohostKwikCricketcompetitionsrunonbehalfofActiveEaling,SchoolsSportsPartnershipsand other
competitionson behalfof MiddlesexCricketandtheMiddlesexColtsAssociationandarecontinuingto workclosely with
Active Ealing and others promoting cricket in our local community.

Public benefit

The Trustees have complied with the duty in Section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to guidance
publishedbyTheCharityCommission,includingpublicbenefitguidanceandhavetakenitintoaccountinall decision
making.

ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE

Charitable activities

Asnotedabove,TheClub'sactivitiesonthefieldofplayweredisrupted.Despitethis,itwasanothersuccessfulyear for
our teams
InSeniorCricket,inanabbreviated9matchseason,our1stXI,havingbeeninthemixforthetitle,losttheirlast two
matchestofinish4thintheMiddlesexCountyCricketPremierLeague.TheonlyCupcompetitionin2020was the
MiddlesexCup, whichwe retainedafter an exciting9 run victoryin the final againstNorthMiddlesex.Both the 2nd XI  and
4th XI finished2ndin theirrespectivedivisions.Our Women's1st XI, playingin Division1 (West)of the Middlesex Cricket
Women's League, performed creditably finished 3rd against some very strong opposition.
With the Boys' Leaguematchesrestrictedto the MiddlesexJuniorCricketAssociation(MJCA)CentralArea, we won all the
Leagues in which we competed. Our Girls were equal 1st in the U10 League and finished 2nd in the U14 League.
InadditiontotheMJCAcompetitions,weestablishedourownInterFranchiseLeaguein2019andthiswasexpanded in
2020 to provide additional playing opportunities for our Junior members.
The Club was awarded Club of the Year at the 2020 Ealing Sports Awards.
Thecontinuedsuccessofourjuniorteamsandplayersisextremelypleasingandagreatcredittoourbrilliant coaches,
many of whom are volunteers.
Despitethepandemic,2020sawthenumberof YoungCricketersat theClubmaintainedwithover500Junior members.
We havecontinuedto improvethequalityof thecoachinginfrastructureat theClubandwitha furtherexpansionof our
winter training programme, our Junior section is well set for continued success in the future.
Withincreasingincricketactivityweareinvestingfurtherinourplayingfacilities.Overthe2020/21winter,we have
investedsignificantlytoimprovetheoutfieldofourgroundatCorftonRoadandnextwinterweareplanningfor a
replacementandpossibleexpansionofournetsatCorftonRoad.Oncethisiscomplete,wewillbelookingat further
investmentto improvethecricketsquareat CorftonRoad.Whilemuchof thisinvestmentwillbe fundedfromthe Club's
reserves, we will shortly be launching a fund raising campaign to supplement the funds provided by the Club.

STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT

Governing document

ThecharityiscontrolledbyitsMemorandumandArticlesofAssociation,andconstitutesalimitedcompany,limited by
guarantee, as defined by the Companies Act 2006.
The companyis the sole memberof EalingCricket& SocialClub Limited,a limitedliabilitycompany,registeredin England,
underregisterednumber7721549.This subsidiarycompanywas incorporatedon 28 July 2011 and providesfunctions and
socialfacilitiesto fee-payingmembers.It preparesits financialstatementsto 30 Septemberanddonatesthewholeof its
taxable profit to Ealing Cricket Club.
EalingCricket&SocialClubLimitedisthesolememberofPremierCricketCoachingLimited,alimitedliability company,
registeredinEnglandunderregisterednumber9951849.PremierCricketCoachingLimitedwasincorporatedon 14
January2016 and runs cricketcoachingcoursesand supportsEalingCricketClub.It preparesits financialstatementsto  30
September and donates the whole of its trading profit to Ealing Cricket Club.
Thefinancialstatementshavebeenpreparedinaccordancewiththespecialprovisionsrelatingtocompaniessubject to
the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 (s.419(2)).

Recruitment and appointment of new trustees

Thecompany'sArticlesofAssociationrequirethattherebeatleastthreeTrusteesandamaximumoftwelve Trustees
(Article 25).
AnypersonwhoiswillingtoactasaTrusteemaybeappointedTrusteebyordinaryresolutionoradecisionof the
Trustees (Article 26), provided they have reached the age of 18 years, and unless disqualified under Article 27.
One thirdof the Trusteeswho are subjectto retirementby rotation,or the nearestnumberto one third,must retire from
officeat eachannualgeneralmeeting,plusanyTrusteeswhohavebeenappointedby theTrusteessincethelast Annual
GeneralMeeting.Those to retireby rotationare those who have been the longestin officesince their last appointment or
reappointment.
OtherappointeesasTrusteesmustberecommendedbytheTrusteesandthencomplywiththenoticesrequired by
Articles 26.7.2 and 26.8.
Therearecurrently11Trusteesofwhom,BobFisher,JamesGriggandAndyScottwerere-electedatthe2020 Annual
General Meeting (2020 AGM).
LukeStoughtonresignedasaTrusteeatthetimeofthe2020AGM.Unfortunately,Luke'sworkcommitments together
withhisfamilyresponsibilitieshadmeantthathewasnotabletomakethecontributionthathewantedtoatthis time.
The Trustees wish to express their gratitude to Luke for his service to the Club.
FollowingtheresignationofMarkChippendaleasSecretaryoftheClubin2019,JamesGrigghadassumedtherole of
SecretaryinadditiontohisdutiesasTreasurer.ItwastheintentiontoseektoappointeitheranewSecretaryora new
Treasurer,whenasuitablecandidatecouldbefound.InApril2020,theTrusteesappointedMarkGrafton,whois an
experiencedFinanceProfessionalandamemberoftheClub,asaTrusteeandasTreasurer.JamesGriggcontinued as
Secretary of the Club.
AsrequiredbytheArticlesofAssociation,MarkGrafton,havingbeenappointedsincethelastAGM,offershimself for
re-electionat the forthcomingAGM and CharlesDewhurst,KristianMartinand Colin Wheelerwill retireby rotationat the
AGM and will also offer themselves for re-election.
The Trusteesmeetaroundsix timesper yearto reviewthe Club'sperformanceandensurethe Club'sstrategyto meet its
objectivesisbeingimplemented.TheTrusteesaresupportedbyanumberoffulltimeandparttimeprofessional staff
who deliverthe Club'score activitiesand providesupportfor the largenumberof volunteersthat the Club is fortunate to
have.

Risk management

TheTrusteeshaveadutytoidentifyandreviewtheriskstowhichthecharityisexposedandtoensure appropriate
controlsareinplacetoprovidereasonableassuranceagainstfraudanderror.TheTrusteesmonitorthe financial
performanceandcontrolcloselyandreceiveregularreportsonvariousaspectsoftheClub'sactivities.Financial control
systemshavebeenimplementedandthesearesubjecttoongoingreviewandimprovement.Health,safety and
insurance reviews are undertaken at least annually.
ChildwelfareishighpriorityfortheClubandClubmarkaccreditationreflectsthegoodpracticesthatwe have
implemented to ensure that all aspects of youth cricket at our Club are undertaken in a safe and effective manner.

FINANCIAL REVIEW

Duringtheperiodended30September2020,TotalIncomingResourceswere£262,240(2019:£231,018)and Total
ResourcesExpendedwere £201,340(2019:£242,402).Therewas an unrealisedloss on investmentof £193 in 2020 (2019:
realised gain £505,437), leaving Net Incoming Resources of £60,900 (2019: £494,053).
ActivitiesforGeneratingFundsof£94,819(2019:£89,819)comprisedSponsorshipandGroundRental income.
Sponsorshiprevenueof£23,860(2019:£20,513)reflectsthecontinuedagreementforFullersSmith&Turnertoact as
theClub'sprincipalsponsor,togetherwithanumberofnewsponsorsbeingsecuredduringtheyear.GroundRental of
£70,959(2019:£69,306)wasprimarilythefundsreceivedfortheuseof thegrounds,andincludesthehireof Popesfield
and the paymentsmade by the Club'swhollyownedsubsidiaries,EalingCricket& SocialClubLimitedand Premier Cricket
Coaching Limited, for the use of the facilities owned by the Club.
Followingthesaleof ourinvestmentpropertyin2019/20,therewasnoInvestmentIncomeinthecurrentfinancial year,
(2019: £10,400).
Donations and legacies amounted to £42,792 (2019: £39,046). This comprised external donations and grants of
£7,683 (2019: £20,226) and payments received from subsidiaries of £35,109 (2019: £18,820).
As in 2019,therewas no donationmadeby EalingCricket& SocialClubLimited,the Club'swhollyownedsubsidiary,as it
haslossesbroughtforward.However,PremierCricketCoachingLimited,anindirectlywhollyownedsubsidiaryof the
Club, donated all of its profits for the year (£35,109) to Ealing Cricket Club.
Incoming Resources from Charitable Activities of £88,506 (2019: £91,727) were primarily members' subscriptions.
The Club received £36,053 (2019: nil) in Government grants related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Theprincipalelementsof ResourcesExpendedon CharitableActivities£201,340(2019:£242,402)wereMatch,Cricket &
Coachingcosts£29,191(2019:£57,510),Salaries£105,529(2019:£96,834)andGroundExpenses£33,172 (2019:
£40,836).
TheClubhadcashreservesasat30September2020of£513,404(2019:£580,617)andinvestmentsof£70,286 (2019:
£0).Inaddition,EalingCricket&SocialClubLimited,which,asat30September2020,owedtheClub£152,827 (2019:
£92,687) and had cash reserves of £126,048 (2019: £78,298).
Theproceedsfromthesaleoftheinvestmentpropertyin2019increasedsignificantlytheamountofcashreserves held
bytheClub.Asnotedabove,theClubhascommenceda groundinvestmentprogramme(CRGIP)toimprovethe playing
facilitiesatourmaingroundinCorftonRoad,whichislikelytorequireasubstantialinvestmentfundedfromthe Club's
reserves.The balanceof reserveswill be used in the mediumto longerterm to supportthe Club'sactivitiesand to ensure
thatwecontinuetomeetourcharitableobjectivesintothefuture.Inthisregard,theTrusteeshaveestablished a
developmentsubcommitteetolookatthefuturedevelopmentneedsoftheClubandtoseektoensurethatwe are
'futureproofed'.ThereservesavailabletotheClubwillbeavailabletoprovidesupportforanystrategicinitiatives that
emerge from the development sub committee's work.
TheTrusteeshaveconsideredhowthecashreservesretainedshouldbeinvestedforthebenefitoftheClub. An
investmentsub-committee,comprisedofJamesGrigg,MartinTurnerandVikramPatel,wasconvenedtoconsider the
bestapproach.MarkGraftonjoinedthissub-committeefollowinghisappointmentatTreasurer.All4membersof the
investment sub-committee have significant relevant experience in the investment of funds.
The Trustees agreed with the investment sub-committee's recommendations, which were as follows:

-ApproximatelytwothirdsoftheClub'scashreservesthatarenotrequiredforthepurposesoftheCRGIPshould be
invested in an investment portfolio
- Theinvestmentobjectivesoftheportfolioshouldbetohavea conservativeapproachseekinga combinationof capital
growthandincomeoverthemediumterminamoderateriskenvironmentfromadiversifiedportfoliowith reasonable
liquidity.
- The Club'sobjectivesin the currentenvironmentwouldbe best met by a portfoliocomprisingequitybased investments
withalimitedexposuretofixedincomeinvestments.Inthiscontext,approximately70%oftheinvestment portfolio
wouldbeallocatedtoinvestmentsinindexfundslinkedtothemajorglobalmarkets,withan80%exposureto equity
basedinvestmentsanda20%exposuretofixedincomeinvestments,withthebalanceinvestedwithactive fund
managers,whohaveanexceptionalrecord,providingexposuretohighqualitybusinesseswithstrong competitive
positions, conservative leverage and attractive growth prospects.
- The funds be invested in the portfolio gradually over a period of around 10 months
In reachingthe investmentsub-committee'srecommendations,financialadvicewas soughtfrom 1st FinancialLimited, an
IndependentFinancialAdviserregisteredwiththeFinancialConductAuthority.Itshouldbenotedthat1st Financial
LimitedisacompanyassociatedwithVikramPatel,whoisalsoaTrustee.TheTrusteesconsideredwhether receiving
financialadvicefrom1stFinancialLimitedmightrepresentaconflictofinterest.TheTrusteesconcludedthat,as 1st
FinancialLimitedwasnotchargingafeeforprovidingadvicetotheClub,therewasnoconflictofinterestthatwas of
concern.
TheprogrammeofinvestmentintheportfoliocommencedinAugust2020.Theinvestmentsub-committeecontinues to
monitortheperformanceoftheportfolioandtheallocationofassetswithintheportfolioandmayrecommend changes
to the Trustees in the future.
TheTrusteeshavedueregardtoguidancepublishedbytheCharityCommission,includingthatrelatingtopublic benefit
in compliance with the duty in section 17(5) of the 2011 Charities Act.
Thisreporthas beenpreparedin accordancewiththe specialprovisionsof Part15 of the CompaniesAct 2006relating to
small companies.

Independent examiner's report to the trustees of Ealing Cricket Club ('the Company')

IreporttothecharitytrusteesonmyexaminationoftheaccountsoftheCompanyfortheyear ended
30 September 2020.

Responsibilities and basis of report

As thecharity'strusteesof theCompany(andalsoits directorsforthepurposesof companylaw)youareresponsible for
the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act').
HavingsatisfiedmyselfthattheaccountsoftheCompanyarenotrequiredtobeauditedunderPart16ofthe2006 Act
andareeligibleforindependentexamination,I reportinrespectof my examinationof yourcharity'saccountsas carried
outundersection145oftheCharitiesAct2011('the2011Act').IncarryingoutmyexaminationIhavefollowed the
Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 Act.

Independent examiner's statement

Sinceyourcharity'sgrossincomeexceeded£250,000yourexaminermustbeamemberofalistedbody.Ican confirm
thatIamqualifiedtoundertaketheexaminationbecauseIamaregisteredmemberofACCAwhichisoneofthe listed
bodies.
Ihavecompletedmyexamination.Iconfirmthatnomattershavecometomyattentioninconnectionwith the
examination giving me cause to believe:

1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Company as required by section 386 of the 2006 Act; or

2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or

3. the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of the 2006 Act other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination; or

4. the accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charities (applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102)).

I have no concernsand have come acrossno othermattersin connectionwith the examinationto whichattention should
be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

Thefinancialstatementsofthecharitablecompany,whichisapublicbenefitentityunderFRS102,have been
preparedinaccordancewiththeCharitiesSORP(FRS102)'AccountingandReportingbyCharities:Statement of
RecommendedPracticeapplicableto charitiespreparingtheir accountsin accordancewith the Financial Reporting
StandardapplicableintheUKandRepublicofIreland(FRS102)(effective1January2019)',Financial Reporting
Standard102'TheFinancialReportingStandardapplicableintheUKandRepublicofIreland'andthe Companies
Act 2006. The financialstatementshave been preparedunder the historicalcost convention,with the exception of
investments which are included at market value, as modified by the revaluation of certain assets.

Income

All incomeis recognisedin the Statementof FinancialActivitiesoncethe charityhas entitlementto the funds,it  is
probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably.

Expenditure

Liabilitiesarerecognisedasexpenditureassoonasthereisalegalorconstructiveobligationcommitting the
charitytothatexpenditure,itisprobablethata transferofeconomicbenefitswillberequiredinsettlement and
the amountof the obligationcan be measuredreliably.Expenditureis accountedfor on an accrualsbasisand has

Tangible fixed assets

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Freehold property - not provided
Long leasehold property - term of the lease
Plant and machinery - 25% on reducing balance
Fixtures and fittings - 25% on reducing balance
The cost of freehold property relates to land which is not depreciated.

Taxation

The charity is exempt from corporation tax on its charitable activities.

Fund accounting

Unrestrictedfundscanbeusedinaccordancewiththecharitableobjectivesatthediscretionofthe trustees.
Restrictedfundsareto be usedforspecifiedpurposeslaiddownby thedonor/grantingbody.Therestricted fund
is the Popesfield funding scheme.
Group accounts are not required as this company is part of a small group.

Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits

Thecharitablecompanyhasintroducedadefinedcontributionpensionscheme.Since1August2016, three
employees have enrolled and the employees as well as the company have paid contributions.

8. TRUSTEES' REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS

Cricket Coaching Ltd ('PCC'), as follows:
- for work as a cricket coach by PCC: £4,100
Kristian Martin was not paid by PCC for work as a cricket coach in the current financial year.
ThetotalremunerationpaidtoKristianMartinbytheClubanditssubsidiariesduringtheyearended 30
September 2020 was £4,620 (2019: £5,438).
Kristian Martin was not paid for acting as a Trustee.
ThearrangementswithKristianMartinoutlinedabovewereapprovedbytheTrusteesandweresubjectto an
agreement entered into between the Club and Kristian Martin.
TheTrusteesnotedthatECSCneedstoemployreliableandresponsiblestafftoworkaspartoftheClub's bar
activitiesandtheClubManagerindicatedthathavingtheflexibilitytoemployKristianMartinaspartofthe bar
team was important.
Aftercarefulconsideration,theTrusteesconcludedthatthepaymentsmadeintheyearended30 September
2020 to Kristian Martin were in the best interests of the Club and were reasonable.
ItshouldbenotedthatKristianMartindidnotparticipateinanyconsiderationofthesearrangementsby the
TrusteesandthatthepaymentsmadetoKristianMartinarenotprohibitedbytheClub'sMemorandum and
Articles of Association.

20. CONTROLLING PARTY

No one person or entity has control. The charity is managed by its Board of Directors and Trustees.

21. POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS

Duringtheyear,Covid-19,a globalpandemicaffectedtheClub,withGovernmentrestrictionscausing businesses
to close.The Clubwas completelyclosedfor just over two months,with membersbeginningto be able to use the
Club'splayingfacilitiesinlateMay2020andotherfacilitiesattheClubopeninginJuly2020.Covid-19 has
continuedto affectthe Club after the year-end,with furtherlockdownsbeingannounced.The full financial impact
of the restrictions on the club's activities is currently unknown.
