Income came from varlous source5 but mainly from the generosity of the UK public and the delivering of men's health and wellbelng talks lor comrnercial organisatlons. During 2023, we continue to develop our understanding of men's health and how men In vèrious ag@ bands, ethnicities. and educ8tion approach it. We still lack scale, unlSke the bigger charltles such as Prostate UK and have made decisions that support our sile and minimise rlsk. We wlll continue to pilot ideas our locus in 2023 has been around the growing number of enquiries we got to hold rnen's health and wellbeing talks and the Income we receive as a result and that has allowed u5 have a new webslte deslgned and to contlnue to develop our soclal media. We consider our work to be for the publlc benefit as defined by the Charity Commisslon, and for the benefit of society. Our g081 is to help to change this, not only for the benefit of the men themselves but also for thelr partners and family. We have continued our SUPPDrt of the Downham Men's Group project COllS1Sting of a weekly men's 8roup and a men's over 50's walking football group. The foundation contlnues to manage St5 flnances prudentty with admlnlstratlon costs being kept to an absolute minimum. During the year the charity's actlvltles have been solid with little real growth but it doe5 not apply for grants as many charitles do, thus we contlnue to hold reserved over the 5ugge5ted limit5 of the Charities Cornmission.
