To maintain the Beechwood Community Hall for the use and benefit of the local and wider community.The Hall is available to all members of the community without exception or exclusion who would otherwise potentially have no such facilities available to them.
Objects: To Run The Community Hall For The Benefit Of The Whole Of The Communities As Are At The Date Hereof Within The Geographical Area Comprising The Electoral Wards Of Barming, Fant, And Heath Together With Such Other Groups From Within Or Without Those Areas As Shall From Time To Time Have Been Approved By The Charity's Management Committee And To Establish, Promote, Eqip, Organise, Maintain, Manage And Administer A Centre For Community Services Of Any And Every Description.
