Arooj Report of the Trustees For the Year Ended 31 December 2025 The Trustees present their report and the financial statements as a charitable incorporated organisation {CIOI for the year ended 31 December 2025. ststgmpnt of Trustses, responsibilities Law applicable to charities in England & Wales requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the charity's financial activities during the period and of its financial position at the end of the period. Arooj Notes to the Financial Statements For the Year Ended 31 December 2025 Accounting Policies Basis of Accounting These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention with items recognised at cost or transaction value unless othewse stated in the relevant notes to these accounts, and with the Statement of Recommended Practice.. Accounting and Reporting By Charities preparing their accounts in accordan￿ with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS102) issued on 16th July 2014. 1.2 Going Concem The trustees consider that there are no material uncertainties about the charity's ability to continue as a going concern. The loan will be repaid from guaranteed funds in the following year. 1.3 Income The charty's income is derived from charttable grants, subsidies and donations, and is recognised when the charity becomes entitled to such reSoUr￿s.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5){b) of the Act.
