ACCOUNTING POUCIES General Information The charity 15 an incorporated charity in England and Wales with company registration number 07355264 and Chartty Commission registration number 1139995. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activitie5 on a basis consistent with the use of resources. Grants offered subject to conditions which have not been met at the year-end date are noted as a wmmitment but not accrued as expenditure. Grants payable to third parties are within the charitable oblectives.
