Principal activities and objectives
The charity's objects are to support charitable causes by the making ofgrants.

Financial review
The results for the year ended 5April 2021 are set out in the Statement ofFinancial Activities on page 4. The trustees confirm that the charity's assets are available and adequate to fulfil its obligations as they fall due.
Reserves Policy
Itisthe policy ofthe charity to maximise unrestricted funds, which are fiee reserves ofthe charity, to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover grants and donations payable, and management and administration costs for the forseeable future. Free reserves at the year end were f928,640 (2020:f9,487)
Risk management policy
