ADAPT PREMBABIES LIMITED (A Company Llmited by Guarantee) REPORT OF THE DIRECTORS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 SEwfEMBER 2023 The directors present their annual report, together with the accounts of the company for the year ended 30 September 2023. BUSINESS REVIEW The principle artlvity of the company Is to support parents and families through the emotlonal trauma of havlng premature and poorly babies needlng specialist neonatal support whilst in the neonatal units in Lebcester and when they go home for as long as necessary. The Board of Directors have agreed that any surplus fund5 will be carrled forward and reinvested. The directors conslder that the state of affalrs of the company as at the date of the balance sheet was satisfactory. RESULTS The result for the year was a deficlt of £14,617. The accumulated funds of £33,535 will be carried forward. DIRECTORS The dirertors who have held offlce durlng the year were as follows.. M Savage S Williams L Howe DIRECTORS RESPONSIBILITIES The dlrectors are requlred by the Companies Act 2006 to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company at the year end and the prof5t or loss for that year. It is also the directorfs responsibilities to maintain proper accounting records which dlsclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the company and to enable them to ensure that the accounts comply wlth the Companies Act 2006.
