I) To relieve financial hardship, distress and suffering among poor people, widows, orphans, refugees, victims of natural disasters and other people in need, by means of, but not exclusively, making grants or loans for providing or paying for items, equipment, services and facilities, including the provision of food, clothing, and accommodation for the said persons;

Religious Activities
Our Mosque provide for centre for our prayers and worship and for the
activities associated with our faith.
Prayers
The mosque is open all day for daily and Friday prayers.
Festival and Ramadhan
during Ramadan food has prepares to all worshipers to break their fast at
mosques and Eid was celebrated at the centre with the families.
Funeral arrangements
FIDA is funeral arranger provides training classes to teach people how to
proceeds Islamic burials.
Quran competition
Every year we are pleased to organise this event encouraging young
pupils to take part this event building their confidence.
Islamic talks
This yea we have done series of Islamic talks open to all to promote
Islamic knowledge and awareness.
Sports activities
Weekly men football sessions
Tuition classes
At weekends maths and English tuition classes held for GCSE students at
the centre.
Community activities
Our community hall and rooms provide valuable educational and
recreational resources to all our local community. wide verity of activities
are organised from community groups in our centre.

Summary of the main FIDA are currently operation at 9 Osmaston Road, Leicester, LE5 5JN. The achievements of the charity user number has been increased as local residence welcome us and our during the year service. There were number of fundraising events for humanitarian aid. April 2018, we launched a campaign to raise fund to support people affected in Sri Lanka racial violence. we also raised fund for the organization’s charitable work in Birmingham and in Luton.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2024.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
