I) To relieve financial hardship, distress and suffering among poor people, widows, orphans, refugees, victims of natural disasters and other people in need, by means of, but not exclusively, making grants or loans for providing or paying for items, equipment, services and facilities, including the provision of food, clothing, and accommodation for the said persons;

**Summary of the main** FIDA are currently operation at 9 Osmaston Road, Leicester, LE5 5JN. The **achievements of the charity** user number has been increased as local residence welcome us and our **during the year** service. There were number of fundraising events for humanitarian aid. April 2018, we launched a campaign to raise fund to support people affected in Sri Lanka racial violence. we also raised fund for the organization’s charitable work in Birmingham and in Luton.

It is our policy that unrestricted funds which have not been specifically **Brief statement of the charity’s** designated for a specific use should be maintained at a level above three **policy on reserves** to six months expenditure. The Trustees consider reserves at this level will ensure that, in the event of a significant unexpected drop in donations, they will be able to continue the Trust's current activities while consideration is given to ways in which additional funds may be raised. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2024. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
