The Minutes of the last AGM were circulated, acceptance and signed.
Maters Arising:None.
’ - Secretary s Report : only thing of note was the unexpected receipt of a £20,000.00 bequest from the late Mrs Julie Rose Cook. Accepted by those present.
Treasurer’s Report:Wendy provided details of our income and expenditure (copy attached) which showed an income of £26,969.88, expenditure of £6,584.56, and a net income for the year to 28/2/2023 of £20,385.32. Current A/c £46,301.61 and Deposit A/c £19,552.71 as at 28[th] February 2023. In view of the large amount in our Current A/c a letter has been written to the Bank signed by Mike Harvey, Joe Skinner, Charlie Kestell, Ian Sargent and Janet Moult , which Wendy will take in authorising the transfer of £25,000.00 to the Deposit A/c. Wendy was thanked for all her hard work. A letter of thanks will be sent to the Auditor.

AOB: Janet read out an email she had received from the Charity Commissioners about changes they are making which requires the setting up of a personalised Charity Commission Account. It will give access to the Commissions online services. There was unanimous agreement to her being considered as the Administrator. Janet will try and check that this is genuine before doing anything about it.
The Next Annual General Meeting will be on Tuesday 2[nd] April 2024 at 7.30pm.
There being no other business the Meeting closed as 8.00pm.
