## **– Wadebridge Ambulance Hall Annual General Meetng** ## **28th April 2023** Present:- Mike Harvey (Chairman), Wendy Dalley (Treasurer), Janet Moult (Secretary), Ian Sargent, Charles Kestell and Joe Skinner (Trustees); Marguerite Day and Brenda Peter(Wadebridge Welfare Transport), Betty Ryder, Doug Ryder, and Norman Peter (Committee Members) Apologies:- David Bray (Trustee) and Pat Carling (Committee Member) The Minutes of the last AGM were circulated, acceptance and signed. Maters Arising:None. ’ - Secretary s Report : only thing of note was the unexpected receipt of a £20,000.00 bequest from the late Mrs Julie Rose Cook. Accepted by those present. Treasurer’s Report:Wendy provided details of our income and expenditure (copy attached) which showed an income of £26,969.88, expenditure of £6,584.56, and a net income for the year to 28/2/2023 of £20,385.32. Current A/c £46,301.61 and Deposit A/c £19,552.71 as at 28[th] February 2023. In view of the large amount in our Current A/c a letter has been written to the Bank signed by Mike Harvey, Joe Skinner, Charlie Kestell, Ian Sargent and Janet Moult , which Wendy will take in authorising the transfer of £25,000.00 to the Deposit A/c. Wendy was thanked for all her hard work. A letter of thanks will be sent to the Auditor. It will give access to the Commissions online services. There was unanimous agreement to her being considered as the Administrator. Janet will try and check that this is genuine before doing anything about it. The Next Annual General Meeting will be on Tuesday 2[nd] April 2024 at 7.30pm. There being no other business the Meeting closed as 8.00pm.
