Increased awareness of the existen￿ and activities of the charity in the local community. There is going free services by the charity to our communtties and London as a whole. we have been able to reach out extensivety to our community through our free counselling ServI￿S on marriage. drug addiction and other common struggles in our communities as we started this programme some years back and still on going. We have imparted lives and many families are transfomied. We continued with advancing the Christian Faith through sharing the love of God in our communÉties by kingdom materials and books written by members of our charity. The members of our communty prayed for issues in London and UK as a whole with individuals and families throughout the pandemic. Our free church communty is growingand many people receive words of wisdom and encouragement by the leadership who are trained to support in challenging times. Chan Generation Youth De artment The Youth and Young Adult ministy is growing and many are getting solution to the growing challenges that they fa by the constant and teaching from top consultants and specialists frorn different field of SeNi￿S and professions. Our weekw and monthly youth programme is focus on the total development of the youth in the church; helping, mentoring and supporting young people and their familieslparents are now done online. 1. Excellent GCSE and A Level results are improving yearly. Most of our youth aspiring to pursue universty routeslcourses. Many of our youth members got admission into top universities in the UK. 2. More confident youth and young adults. Eg Sharing their skills and abiltties wtth their friends outside the church. Most of them become very productive in supporting the Good reports from Teachers and Parents. 3. Our youth discovering their potentials thereby fulfilling their destinie5 and dreams 4. Developing Cooking skills, relationship and friendship improved. Many have build up the potentials for eX￿lIent job interviews skills and work place approach. 5. Increased numbers in our youth department. This year annual Conferen￿ was postponed due to the covid19 rules by the government at social gatherings in England. The vision is to empower our young adults in finding their identy. talents and getting them prepared and ready for the real world of work, marrtage, business. finance among others. This is a new deparbnent created but the impact is already attainable.. 1. The annual Conference brought together men from all walks of life.. regardless of religious affiliation and Its impact is outstanding results in lrfe. This year conference was cancelled. 1. REVIEW OF FINANCIAL POSITION The financial statements covered the operation of Eagle Power Ministries Intemational and they have been prepared in accordan￿ wrth the requirements of the 2005 Statement of Recommended practi￿ (SORP) For the year ended 31st December 2020. the corona virus seriously affect the church's activities and eamings, the financial activtlies show total incoming resources of £79,530 {2019- £107,337), which is the total tithes and offering donations, gift aid and covid grants. .This was expend main on charitable activities and total expenditure amounted to 123,301 {2019- £80,526).
