collaboration wtth the founder and resident pastor organised vistts to members houses who
were unable to attend Servi￿ due to one reason or the other. organised group intercessory
prayersfor the community and nations and through the Communtwide project provided
advice, assistan￿ and wider support to the public at large on matters relating to
homelessness. unemployment and other societal maladies.

Through active evangelism and effective netsyorking approach. Eagle Power Ministries
Intemational has over the years managed to fomi and maintained a meaningful joint working
relationship with other ministries that has similar objectives for the purpose of empowering
people in the communtly at large.

The trustees present their annual report t(tyher Nmth the unaudited financial statements of the
charity for the year ended 31* December 2020. The Ttustees confirm that the Annual Report and
financial slatements ofthe charity complywith the ujrrent statutory requirements, the requirements
of the Charity's governing document and the provisions of the Statement of Recommend￿1
Practice (SORPI °Accounting and Reporting by Charities- issued in March 2005.
REVIEW OF FINANCIAL POSITION
The financial statements covered the operation of Eagle Power Ministries Intemational and
they have been prepared in accordan￿ wrth the requirements of the 2005 Statement of
Recommended practi￿ (SORP)
For the year ended 31st December 2020. the corona virus seriously affect the church's
activities and eamings, the financial activtlies show total incoming resources of £79,530
{2019- £107,337), which is the total tithes and offering donations, gift aid and covid grants.
.This was expend main on charitable activities and total expenditure amounted to 123,301
{2019- £80,526). W8 closed the year with a net operating loss of £43.TTI..
STATEMENT OF TRUSTEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustee's r8POrt and the financial statement s
in accordance with applicable law.
Charity law requires the Ttustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year
whioh give a true and fair view of the charity and of the incoming resou￿$ and application
of resources, including the income and expendrture. of the chanty for that period. In
preparing these financial statemerrts, the Trustees are required to:

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT OF THE MEMBERS OF EAGLE POWER
MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL
We report on the finanoal statements for the year ended 31si December 2020 which are set
out in pages 8 to 10. This report is made solely to the Charity's Trustees, as a body.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
As explained more fvlly in the Trustees, responsibilities statement, the Trustees are
responsible for the preparation of the financial statements.
The charty's trustee consider that an audit is not required for the financial statements (under
sedion43 (2) of the Charity Commission (under section 43{7) {b) of the Act), and to state
whether particular matters have come to our attention.
Basis of Independent examine￿8 report
Our examination was carried out in accordance with Chartty SORP. An examination includes
a review of the accounling records kept by the charity and a compartson of the accounts
