Achievements and Performance
- Facilitated the sending of cards and gifts to sick children in order to raise smiles
Summary of the main 2. Arranged a few special wishes for achievements of the charity, some sick children requiring extra TLC identifying the difference the 3. Arranged Zoom sessions in order to charity’s work has made to provide external stimulation for the the circumstances of its children during Covid19 shielding beneficiaries and any wider 4. Sent out party packs for parties to be benefits to society as a held at home whole. 5. Granted a “summer smile” for each family (60 families) where they chose a gift up to £200

Investment performance against objectives Post Pals had organised a Glamping trip Other over 3 separate weekends at Chessington World of Adventures for summer 2020. This had to be postponed due to Covid restrictions and risk to the sick children.

CHARITY COMMISSION FOR ENGLAND AND WALES Independent examinerfs report on the accounts Section A Independent Examiner's Report Report to the Irusteesl mombers of Post Pals On accounts for the year onded 31 MARCH 2021 Charity no (If any> 1137175 I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity ("the Trust'} for the year ended 3110312021. Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's trustses, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 l.the Acl'l. I report in respect of my examination of the Trusys accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Ad. Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examlner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below ') which gives me cause to believe that in. any material respect: the acojunting rerdS were not k8Pt in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act" or the accounts did not accord with the accounting records,. or the accounts did not comply wtth the appliGable requirements conceming the fomi and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
