heldinKunming,China. presentedatCOP15:TacklingtheThree
GlobalCriseswithFaith.Thestatement,
whichhasbeenpositivelyreceivedbymany
conservationorganisationsaroundtheworld,
wasreleasedbecausethere hasbeenno
significantChristianinputtopreviousCOPs
oftheCBD,despitetheexplicitmentionin
CBDdocumentsoftheimportanceoffaith-
basedorganisationsasessentialinthe
successful
achievement
of
biodiversity
targets.Forthisreason,ARochahas
decidedtoarticulateadistinctivelyChristian
