The financial statements have been prepared under the Charities Act 2011 and in accordance with the Church Accounting Regulations 2006 8overnln8 the individual accounts of PCCS, and with the Regulations true and fair view" provisions, together with FRS 102 IA as the applicable accountin8 Standard5 and the 2019 version of the Statement of Recommended Practice, Accountlng and Reportlng by Charities ISORPIFRS 10211. The flnanclal statement5 have been prepared under the historical cost conventlon, except for Investment assets. which are shown at fair value. The financial statement5 include all transactions, assets and liabllities for which ihe PCC is re5pon5ible in law. They do not include the accounts of church 8roup5 that owe their affiliation to another body, nor those that are informal 8atherln8s of church members. The PCC has taken advantage of the exemption in the Financial Reportlng Standards from the requirement to produce a cash flow statement on the 8rounds that It Is a small charity.
