Activities
Unitas is a national charity to act as a resource for people, in particular but not limited to young people. Unitas intends to achieve its objectives by working in collaboration with other organisations to deliver educational services. Unitas will maintain quality of delivery through products and services being devised and refined according to the best available evidence being a priority.
Objects: To Act As A Resource For People, In Particular But Not Limited To Young People, In Theuk And World-Wide By Providing Advice And Assistance And Organising Programmes Ofphysical, Educational And Other Activities As A Means Of:(a) Advancing In Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills,capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society Asindependent, Mature And Responsible Individuals;(b) Advancing Education;(c) Relieving Unemployment;(d) Providing Recreational And Leisure Time Activity In The Interests Of Socialwelfare For People Living In The Area Of Benefit Who Have Need By Reason Oftheir Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social And Economiccircumstances With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons.
