The application is initially checked by the Commissioner's staff for due dillg8nce and financial scrutiny. Applicants may be contacted for additional information to support this screening. The applications are then dis¢uss8d with Force colleagues before being presented to the Trustees. 2. If the application is deemed eligible for nsIderatIon by the Trustees, it is then reviewed by the grants sutTrgroup at the next appropriate meeting or by email exchange if there is an immediate c¥Jnsensus view. 3. Applications are assessed against our Outc(Knes FramewoH(. The grants sub-group assesses to what extent the applicalion helps young people make more positive life choices, have better relationships and experien¢8 improved mental and physical wellbeing. 4. Once the final decision has been made, the applint is notified via the online portal. 5. Successful applicants will be sent a letter setting out the terms and conditions of funding and asked to sign and return a Grant Acceptan form. 6. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2021.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the basis of report preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
