Home-Start Arun, Worthing & Adur is a voluntary home-visiting scheme committed to offering friendship and promoting the welfare of families with young children, to alleviate stress and conflict in their home and help to prevent family breakdown. Volunteers are recruited and trained to enable them to support families in their own homes and at Family Groups.

Objects: A) To Safeguard, Protect And Preserve The Good Health, Both Mental And Physical Of Children And Parents Of Children; B) To Prevent Cruelty Or Maltreatment Of Children; C)to Relieve Sickness, Poverty And Need Amongst Children And Parents Of Children; D) To Promote The Education Of The Public In Better Standards Of Child Care Within The Area Of Arun, Worthing & Adur And Its Environs.
