Statement of Dlrectors, Responslbllltles The directors are responsible lor preparing the annual report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accouniing Standard Iuniied Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Policiesl. Comrkny law reyuires the directors to prepare financial statemenis for each financial year which gtve a true and fair view of the stale of allairs of the charitable company and the group and ol incoming resources and application ol resources. including the income and expendilure of ihe charitable group lor the period.
