The directors are responsible lor preparing the annual report and the financial statements in accordance with
applicable law and United Kingdom Accouniing Standard Iuniied Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting
Policiesl.
Comrkny law reyuires the directors to prepare financial statemenis for each financial year which gtve a true
and fair view of the stale of allairs of the charitable company and the group and ol incoming resources and
application ol resources. including the income and expendilure of ihe charitable group lor the period. In
preparing Ihese financial siaiements, the dlrectors are requiied to..
lect suitable accounting wlicies and then apply them conslstentkf,
make judgements and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent..

statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets ol the
church and hence lor taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud or other irregularities.

To the knowledge and belief ol the directors, Ihere is no relevant inlormdtion that the companvs auditors are
not aware of, and the directors have taken all the steps necessary to ensure that the auditors are aware ol any
