Structure, Governance and Management The charity is governed by its trust deed dated l Oth September 2008 and registered as a cliarity fi-om 25th September 2009 as an unincorpoi'ated association. It is riin by its Truste¢s, who numbered 10 at the date of this report and who have been recruited and appointed in the light of Iheii. particular skills and abilities. having regard to the charitable objects of the trust. Operating activities, including grants and donations, have resulted in a surpliis of £2,591.00 for the year. No funds oi. assets are held as a custodian trustee. Public Beiiefil, Objecls and Acliievements The I'i'ustees have coinplied with their duty to have due regard to the giiidance on public benefit published by the Coinmission in exercisin&F tlieir powers or duties. This is denionstrated by the charitabl¢ objects of the charity, nam¢ly lo provide specialist cal'e and support lo all people in the cominunity, particularly those suffering froin longy term oi. chronic illnesses and disabilities and I'espile for their carers.
