The Trustees present their annual report for the year ended 315t December 2024.
Structure, Governance and Management
The charity is governed by its trust deed dated l Oth September 2008 and registered as a cliarity fi-om 25th September
2009 as an unincorpoi'ated association. It is riin by its Truste¢s, who numbered 10 at the date of this report and who
have been recruited and appointed in the light of Iheii. particular skills and abilities. having regard to the charitable
objects of the trust.
Financial Review
All i'esei'ves al'e unitstricled funds and it is intended that they should represeiit a ininiinum of anticipated
expenditui'e foi. tlie next twelve Inonths.
Operating activities, including grants and donations, have resulted in a surpliis of £2,591.00 for the year.
No funds oi. assets are held as a custodian trustee.
Public Beiiefil, Objecls and Acliievements
The I'i'ustees have coinplied with their duty to have due regard to the giiidance on public benefit published by the
Coinmission in exercisin&F tlieir powers or duties.
This is denionstrated by the charitabl¢ objects of the charity, nam¢ly lo provide specialist cal'e and support lo all
people in the cominunity, particularly those suffering froin longy term oi. chronic illnesses and disabilities and I'espile
for their carers.
The ¢harity provides full day care for up to twenty-four such pei'sons and their carers, on a Tuesday, at its pi'emises
in Sl. Peter's Chui'ch Hall, Staines. Its woi'k is very Inuch appreciated by all coiicei'iied.
Truslees, Responsibilities
The Cliai'ilies Act 201 I require the Ti'uslees to pi'epare accounts for each financial yeai. wliich give a true and fair
view of the state of affairs of ihe charity and of th¢ surplus of the ti￿St for that period. In preparing the charity's
accounts, the Trustees al'e requii'ed to:

Respective Responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner
The cliai'ity's Ti'ustees are r¢sponsibl¢ foi. the prepai'ation of the accounts. The charity's Trustees consider that an
audit is not required for this year under Section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charittes Act) and that an
independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to.,
examine the accounts under Section 145 of the 201 l Act.
follow the procediires laid down in tlie General Dii'ections given by the Cliarity Commissionei's (undei.

My examination was carried out in accordance with the Generul Directions given by the Chai'ity Commissioiier. An
