The work of implementing most of their policies is carried out by the membets of the Policy & Compliance Comnyltee. which meets twice per year, and the Finance Committeo. which meets three times per year. The other prinopal committees are the Ed11¢ Committee and the Novinations cMIttee. The Awards Sub-committee and the Buildings Sub-commrtlee are both sub-e£*nmittees of the Finance Committee. With the eXCeptn of the Nominations Committee, which meets as and when required, and the Awards Sth- Commitiee which meets once per year. &8ch of these ¢mittee5 and sub<ommittee$ meets al least once per lem.
