Section B Disclosure
Only complete if the examiner needs to highlight matters of concern (see CC32, Independent examination of charity accounts: directions and guidance for examiners).
Give here brief details of any items that the examiner wishes to disclose .
The Trustees have greatly reduced expenditure by not renewing their lease in the previous building. Instead creating a stronger relationship with local businesses and patrons enabling the charity to use their buildings for activities at a greatly reduced cost to the charity.
This has been extremely helpful as it reduced risk caused by the pandemic and allows empty buildings to be reutilised for charitable purposes.
The Trustees have acted well in Risk assessments, procedures and protocols. The Charity has ran a COVID Project supporting the Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic Communities with online support and information reaching between 6,000-10,000 people; as well as providing emergency PPE Packs to the local community.
