The Trustees have greatly reduced expenditure by not renewing their lease in the previous building. Instead creating a stronger relationship with local businesses and patrons enabling the charity to use their buildings for activities at a greatly reduced cost to the charity. This has been extremely helpful as it reduced risk caused by the pandemic and allows empty buildings to be reutilised for charitable purposes. The Trustees have acted well in Risk assessments, procedures and protocols.
