The Trusteas have had regard to the guidan issued by the charity ommission on publi¢ benefit whilst undertaking their activities and fundraising. The events continue to be well communicated through the school and through social media. We have also had success with local residents attending our event such as Fireworks and Summer fate which we held on a Saturday this year. Lottery sales have beèn ok, we need another push on ticket sales lo increase profil al rofit raised - £ 745.16 Father's da still a very popular event wlth Children, loss made due to high levels of stock purchased Total Los8 - £543.28 Easter Event- we held an easter egg hunt on the field again. which the children enjoyed. The PTA continues to have a small group of very hard working dedicated volunteers who give up their time freely to meet the objectives of the charity, without whos8 help and support such events would not be possible. Report to the trustees/ Charity Name members of Harrow Lodge primary PTA On accounts for the year 31/08/23 Charity no 1130641 ended (if any) Set out on pages (remember to include the page numbers of additional sheets) I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/23 . Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
