The Trustees are responsible for ensuring that proper books are maintained, safeguarding the assèts of the charity, and taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection ol fraudand other Irregularities. Life Changing Ministry International Ltd Report of the Independent Examiner to the trustees on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 30 June 2024 I report on the financial slalemenls of the Charity for the year ended 30 June 2024. The Financial statement has been prepared in accordance with section 145 01 the Charities Act 2011 and regulations made under section 154 of that Act. My work has been undertaken so that i might slate lo the charity's Tiuslees those mallers l am required lo slate lo them in an independent examiner's report and for no other purpose. To the lullesl exlenl permilled by law, I do not accept or assume responsibility lo anyone other than the charity and charity's Trustees as a body. for my examination work. Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner The Charity's trustee who are also directors, are responsible for the preparation of the financial slalemenls. The trustees have acknowledged there responsibilities as slated on page 2 of the financial slalemenl and has taken advantage of the exemption applicable lo small companies.
