The Trustees of the Life Changing Ministry present their report and financial statements
for the year ended 30th June 2024. The Iruslees have adopted the provision of the Slalemenl of
Recommended Practice ISORPI"Accounling and Reporting by Charities issued on October 2000 in
preparing the annual reFK)rl and financial slalemenl of the charity.
Objectives
The charitys, principal activity is the proclamation of the gospel ol Jesus Christ.

2 To relieve sickness and financial hardship and lo promote and preserve good health by the
provision ol funds, goods or services ol any kind, including through the provision of

Organlsation
Life Changing Ministry Iruslees who ware elected lo serve the church and run its affairs.
Annually the Board reviews the range of skills il has available and uses ils power of co-oplion lo
ensure the gaps are tilled.
Risk and Internal Control
The Trustees review Ihe main operational risks and actions lo manage or mitigate il accordingly.
Review of transactions and flnanclal position
Income Resources
The total income of the organisalion for the year has been derived from ils principal activities wholly
undertaken in the United Kingdom.
During the year, income resources and gift received lotalled £28,695. The donations
and gift received have been made available without reslriclion as lo ils useage.
The Trustees are responsible for ensuring that proper books are maintained, safeguarding the assèts of
the charity, and taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection ol fraudand other Irregularities.
The report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject lo
the small companies regime as sel out in Parl 15 of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with
Charities SORP IFRS 1021

Report of the Independent Examiner to the trustees on the accounts of the
Charity for the year ended 30 June 2024
I report on the financial slalemenls of the Charity for the year ended 30 June 2024. The Financial
statement has been prepared in accordance with section 145 01 the Charities Act 2011 and
regulations made under section 154 of that Act. My work has been undertaken so that i might slate
lo the charity's Tiuslees those mallers l am required lo slate lo them in an independent examiner's
report and for no other purpose. To the lullesl exlenl permilled by law, I do not accept or assume
responsibility lo anyone other than the charity and charity's Trustees as a body. for my
examination work.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The Charity's trustee who are also directors, are responsible for the preparation of the financial
slalemenls.
The trustees have acknowledged there responsibilities as slated on page 2 of the financial
slalemenl and has taken advantage of the exemption applicable lo small companies.
The Iruslees are satisfied that the audit requiremenl of Section 144121 of the Char11ies Act 2011
does not apply and that the accounts do not require an audit
Having satisfied myself that the charily is not subject lo audit under company law, or otherwise,

Basis of opinion and scope of work undertaken
I conducted my examination in accordance with the General Directions given by Charity
Commissioners for England & Wales selling out the duties of an independent examiner.
11 is rny responsibility to form an independent opinion as to the charity enlillemenl lo the
èxemption claimed by the Iruslee. I have carried out the procedure we considered nècessary lo
confirm whether or not the charity is enlilled lo the exemptions. I have compared the accounts
with accounting records kept by the charity and making such limited enquiries ol the Iruslees of
the charity, which I considered necessary for the purpose ol this report. These procedures
provided only the assurance expres8ed by me lo the Iruslees and members of the committee. No
opinion is given as lo whelher the accounts present a true and fair, view and the report is limiled lo
those mallers sel out in the statement below.

Accounting Polieles
Basis of Preparation
The accounts have been prepared in accordane with Statement of Recommended Practice.,
Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021
leffeclive1January 20151- (Charities SORP IFRS 10211, the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 and the Companies Act 2006.
Incoming Resources
Incomes are mainly fiom grants and Sundry incomes received and included in the financial
statement when received. This incoming resources represents money income for the
reporting period
Resources Expended
All expenditures are accounted for on accruals basis and have been classified under headings
that aggregate all costs related lo the category. The charity expenditures represents Ihe
amount expended by the church in the current reporting period ended 30th June 2024.
Taxation
As a charity, the charitable funds are exempt from corporation lax bul not from VAT.
Recoverable VAT is in accordance with standard accounting practice, included in the cost of
those items lo which it relates.
