Activities
SDSG runs a weekly swim session and other sports/social activities, for persons with a physical, sensory or learning disability and for those recovering from short-term illness or injury. Individuals - who are encouraged to come with other family members or carers - swim to help build confidence, increase strength, and co-ordination, social interaction, and primarily, to have fun.
Objects: The Group's Aims Are To Provide Opportunities For Persons With A Physical Or Learning Disability And Their Families/carers To Improve Their Quality Of Life Through Swimming, Hydrotherapy, Sports And Social Events And To Provide The Opportunity To Develop Their Physical Abilities Through Training And Galas.
