(1) fulfilling the Great Commission of our
Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to every
believer to go into the world and teach
all nations, peoples and races the word
of God, teaching them to observe every
jot and tittle of it and making disciples of
them; and reaching out to the churched
and unchurched people of the world.
(2) leading believers into genuine Christian
experiences of Salvation, Sanctification
and Holy Spirit Baptism as well as
getting them to be acquainted with the
gracious means of holy, healthy, happy,
prosperous, balanced, fruitful and
victorious Christian living thus preparing
them for heaven.
(3) organising seminars, conferences and
other programmes for its members, the
Churches and the generality of the
public from time to time, and as
requirement dictates for the purpose of
fulfilling the aims and objectives of the
Charity.
(4) providing, publishing and distributing
magazines, books, articles, leaflets and
all other forms of publications and do all
such other things related therein
purposely for the achievement of the
objectives of the Charity.
(5) establishing and / or running institutions
for the training of its members and other
persons who so desire provided that the

stipulated minimum requirements set for
such institutions are fulfilled and their
aims and objectives conform to those of
the Charity.
(6) relieving sickness and financial hardship
and to promote and preserve good
health by the provision of funds, goods
or services of any kind, including
through the provision of counselling and
support in such parts of the United
Kingdom or the world as the Trustees
from time to time may think fit.

taken these into consideration in planning

(1) Conducting church services that are
open to any member of the public who
may be interested in participating;
(2) Production and distributing gospel
leaflets as well as publicity materials for
the benefit of the general public;
(3) Publicity and sharing through our
website, twitter (X), Facebook and
YouTube;
(4) Operating a website where gospel
leaflets, bulletins, magazines,
newsletters, messages and other
materials are available free to users;
(5) Sharing the gospel through social media
(YouTube, Facebook, Twitter (X)) and
Telegram;
(6) Organising special events that are open
to members of the public;
(7) Engaging in evangelistic activities to the
general public;
(8) Running a Christian Social Networking
group – Leeds Christian Meetup;
(9) Charitable assistance to those in need.

Para 1.20 (1) Several people from 56 countries
regularly visiting and downloading
materials from our website for their
personal use. Between January and
December 2025, we had:
a. 873 views by 536 visitors to the
website, and
b. 14,442 downloads of top 801 files
(2) Verbal / online feedbacks along with
telephone / email messages received
shows that users of the freely available
online materials from our Facebook,
twitter and website, from various
countries of the world have found them
spiritually edifying and enriching.
(3) Currently there are 55,956 VCM
Facebook followers and 5.3k for
personal Facebook.
(4) There were 11,927 viewers on VCM
Facebook [Engagement up 200%], and
15,202 on personal Facebook
[Engagement up 100%], bringing the
combined website and Facebook views
to 28,002.
(5) The VCM Facebook has significant
attraction for young people:
a. 18-24 years => 57.2%.
b. 25-34 years => 33%.
c. 35-44 years => 6.2%.
d. 45-54 years => 1.4%.
e. 55-65 years => 0.5%.
f. 65 years & over => 1.7%
(6) YouTube 1,539 viewers watched for
255.1 hours and 9 new subscribers.
(7) Helped those in need to accomplish their
goals.

(8) Operating Leeds Christian Meetup – a
social networking group for the
propagation of the gospel with 952
members as of 31/12/25.
(9) Continuing with hybrid services to
maximise participation.

Review of the charity’s
financial position at the end
of the period
Para 1.21 Unrestricted year-end balance was £130,981
which was £20,550 more than last year. This
is due to the increase in donations received.
As the operating cost for running the Charity
is normally met by ongoing income from
donations, technically, the year-end balance
is the current value of the reserve for use in
future years as the need arises.

Independent examiner's report on the accounts

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Victorious Christian Ministry (“the Trust”, charity number : 1129317) for the year ended 31st December 2025.

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
