Between January and<br>December 2025, we had:<br>a. 873 views by 536 visitors to the<br>website, and<br>b. 14,442 downloads of top 801 files<br>(2) Verbal / online feedbacks along with<br>telephone / email messages received<br>shows that users of the freely available<br>online materials from our Facebook,<br>twitter and website, from various<br>countries of the world have found them<br>spiritually edifying and enriching.<br>(3) Currently there are 55,956 VCM<br>Facebook followers and 5.3k for<br>personal Facebook.<br>(4) There were 11,927 viewers on VCM<br>Facebook [Engagement up 200%], and<br>15,202 on personal Facebook<br>[Engagement up 100%], bringing the<br>combined website and Facebook views<br>to 28,002.<br>(5) The VCM Facebook has significant<br>attraction for young people:<br>a. 18-24 years => 57.2%.<br>b. 25-34 years => 33%.<br>c. 35-44 years => 6.2%.<br>d. 45-54 years => 1.4%.<br>e. 55-65 years => 0.5%.<br>f. 65 years & over => 1.7%<br>(6) YouTube 1,539 viewers watched for<br>255.1 hours and 9 new subscribers.<br>(7) Helped those in need to accomplish their<br>goals.|

## Independent examiner's report on the accounts 

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Victorious Christian Ministry (“the Trust”, charity number : 1129317) for the year ended 31st December 2025. 

## **Responsibilities and basis of report** 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

## **Independent examiner's statement** 

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records 

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
