and Holy Spirit Baptism as well as
getting them to be acquainted with the
gracious means of holy, healthy, happy,

victorious Christian living thus preparing
them for heaven.
(3) organising seminars, conferences and
other programmes for its members, the
Churches and the generality of the
public from time to time, and as
requirement dictates for the purpose of
fulfilling the aims and objectives of the
Charity.
(4) providing, publishing and distributing
magazines, books, articles, leaflets and
all other forms of publications and do all
such other things related therein
purposely for the achievement of the
objectives of the Charity.
(5) establishing and / or running institutions
for the training of its members and other

(8) Running a Christian Social Networking

online materials from our Facebook,
twitter and website, from various
countries of the world have found them
spiritually edifying and enriching.
(3) Currently there are 55,956 VCM
Facebook followers and 5.3k for
personal Facebook.
(4) There were 11,927 viewers on VCM
Facebook [Engagement up 200%], and
15,202 on personal Facebook
[Engagement up 100%], bringing the
combined website and Facebook views
to 28,002.
(5) The VCM Facebook has significant
attraction for young people:
a. 18-24 years => 57.2%.
b. 25-34 years => 33%.
c. 35-44 years => 6.2%.
d. 45-54 years => 1.4%.
e. 55-65 years => 0.5%.
f. 65 years & over => 1.7%
(6) YouTube 1,539 viewers watched for
255.1 hours and 9 new subscribers.
(7) Helped those in need to accomplish their

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. ## **Independent examiner's statement** I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: - accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or - the accounts do not accord with the accounting records I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
