Summary ofthe maln achievements of the charlty during the year The church congregation has retum8d in 8mall8r numbers as the restnctK)n$ of the pandemic lifted. It has taken time for peopl8 to regain confidence and re-eslablish pattems of church going. Our work with young peopk continues, though similarly affected by changed habits due to the pandemic. The Di$abl8d People's ContaGt Centre has returned in person and continues to meet the needs of those who otherwise would be isolated. It pro¥ide8 a programme of food and activities,. the ¢hur¢h off8r8 a weekly service of worship that enables p8ople lo attend chU￿h while at the centre. The church provides office and coungelling spac8 for various organisations; it continues the long temi relationship with Second Wave that works with young people in thé borough. Along wrth the shop that raises money lor the Disabled People's Contact Centre, the space at Deptford Mission 18 availabb for other community organisations18.g. Karate clasgesl and the church collaborates with other churches in responding to the needs of pov8ty with donations to local foodbanks and gifts for Ghildren and adults at Chnstmas. TAR Marth 2012
