The main objectives of the charity are:- To promote the independence, health and well-being of people who have dementia through direct care and therapeutic support.- To support the families of people who have dementia with advice, information, guidance and opportunity for respite.- To promote the training and education of those who work in the direct care of people who have dementia.

Objects: 3.1 The Relief Of Persons With Dementia Of All Ages, Primarily Within Essex And The Surrounding Area (The Area Of Benefit), By:a) Promoting Their Independence And Health Through Direct Care And Therapeutic Supportb) Promoting A Greater Choice Of Services For People With Dementiac) Promoting The Importance Of Active Engagement In Meaningful Occupation For People With Dementia As A Way Of Better Promoting Their Physical, Mental And Emotional Health.3.2 To Provide For The Needs And Care Of Families And Carers Of People With Dementia By Providing Information, Guidance, Support And Respite3.3 To Promote The Training And Education Of Those Who Work In Providing Direct Care To People Who Have Dementia.
