The registered office is 8110 Hallam StreÉt, London, WIW 6NS. 1.1 Accounting convention The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the charity's Deed of Trust, the Charities Act 2011 and "Accounting and Reporting by Charities-. Statement of Recommended Practice 8pplicable to ch8rities preparine their financial statements in accordance with the Financi31 ReportinB Standard applicable In the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021" (effèctivè from l January 20191. The tharity is a Public Benefit Entity as defined by FRS 102. The financial statements are prepared in sterlin& which is the funttional currency of the charity. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest E. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, modified to include investment properties at fair value.
