The Bulldlng Malntanance fund Is an addltlonal designated fund that 1$ sat aslde for use in unplanned malntenanc8 or dev8lopment building work. Fundraising is predominately from member givlng, and thi5 Is monitor& regularly. Full details of individual giving is restricted to the Finance team, whlch does not include clergy or ministry team. We ask people to pledge regular givlng In September and our Gift and Pledge seCtary will collect the infomation and forecast the giving for the year. and they wll also do monthly re¢oncilialion5 of the amounts r8ceived. Tha PCC has quarterly flnancial reports whlch Indude$ monitoring the Incomeffundralslng. No complaints were r8celv8d about the church's fundra18ing activltle8.
