Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 Acl and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examinalion ol your charity's accounts as carried out under section 145 01 the Charities Act 2011 {'the 2011 Acr}. In carrying out my examination. I have lollowed the Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145151{b) of the 2011 Act. Basls of Independent examiner's statement My examination was carried out in accordance with General Direclions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a Teview of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented w￿th those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees Con￿rning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion The compantys grt)ss income exceeded £250.000 and l am qualified to undertake the examination by being a qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. I have completed my examination.
