To Achieve This Through The Provision Of A Range Of Services Including Outreach, Short And Longer Term Accommodation, Housing Related Support, Day Centre Facilities, Sustenance And Clothing, General Support And Advice, And Referral To Other Agencies Providing Longer Term Accommodation, Health Care Services, Education, Training, And Employment
