PROVIDING LINKS BETWEEN STUDENT, SCHOOL & HOME TO PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS TO THE FULLEST POTENTIAL. NON-DISCRIMINATORY AND NON-JUDGEMENTAL AT ALL TIMES.
