The SAYes Transition to Independent Living (TIL) Programme provides guidance, advocacy and support to under-served young people, in particular care leavers, through evidence based one-to-one mentoring, in the UK, South Africa & elsewhere.Our person-centred programme focuses on developing: education & life-long learning, work & money, citizenship & identity, sport & recreation, family & community
Objects: To Act As A Resource For Children And Young People Living In South Africa, The UK And Elsewhere, By Providing Advice And Assistance And Organising Programmes Of Physical, Educational And Other Activities As A Means Ofa Advising In Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individualsb Advancing Educationc Relieving Unemploymentd Providing Recreational And Leisure Time Activity In The Interests Of Social Welfare For People Living In The Area Of Benefit Who Have Need By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons.
