Coventry. was set up by trust deed dated 10th May 2008 and it is registered with the Charities Commission {No 11275181. Ob ectivos The major objectives of the charity is the advancement of Islamic and social education and also the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure aclivib"es. These objectives are met by the provision of teaching facilities and rooms for the beneficiaries. Publlc bgnefrt The trustees believe that the charity satisfies the requirements of section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 regarding public benefit bècause the communty in the area beneffts from the charity's activities. Mana ement structure The trustees of the charity for the pernd from 6th April 2024 to the date of this report were as follows',- Mr I Vania Mr Aftab Khan Mr Imtiaz Khan The Iwstees meet on a regular basis lo discuss and implement the charities aetNlties. New Iruslees, who afe well aware of the charity's objectives and who frequent the educalion centre regulady, afe appointed by the other trustees. Professlonal Setvlces The charity used the services of the following organisations during the year.- Bankers Lloyds TSB plc Coventry -The Law Partnership -BRM Legal Coventry Crystal Business Serwices Ltd Chartered AoUntantS Coventy Solicitors Ac¢ountants ActivSties and Achievements in the ear The main activities of the charity remain unchanged during the year. The donations and collections continued lo increase. The charity is also collecting fvnds by debit cards. I rewrt in respect of my examination of the Chari$ accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Direction5 given by the Charity Commission urKler Section 145(51{b) of the ACL Independent oxamlnefs statement I have completed my examination. The nature of the charity's opefations are set out in the trustees. reporL The charity constitutes a public benefft entity as defined by FRS102. The accounts have been prepared in accordance with Ihe Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland {FRS102) and the Charib'es Act 2011.
