set up by trust deed dated 10th May 2008 and it is registered with the Charities Commission {No
11275181.

The major objectives of the charity is the advancement of Islamic and social education and also the
provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure aclivib"es. These objectives are met by the
provision of teaching facilities and rooms for the beneficiaries.

regarding public benefit bècause the communty in the area beneffts from the charity's activities.

The main activities of the charity remain unchanged during the year. The donations and collections
continued lo increase. The charity is also collecting fvnds by debit cards. Despite the increase in the
payroll costs, the charity's net incoming ￿sOurceS in the year were £2.302.
The trustees annual report was approved by the Irustess on 8th November 2025

As the charity's tnjstees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act.).
I rewrt in respect of my examination of the Chari￿$ accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act
and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Direction5 given by the Charity

I have completed my examination. I confimi thai no malerial mailers have come to my attenb'on in
onnection with Ihe exaMina￿.0ft giving me cause to believe that in any material respect..
1. accounling re¢ords were nol kept in resP￿t of the tharity as required by section 130 of the Act; or
2. the accounts do not accord with those recofds,. or
3. the accounts do not comply wilh the appl¢cabie requirements conceming the form and conlenl of
accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair viev/ wh￿h is not a matter considered as part of an independent
examination.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection wth the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the
accounts lo be reached.

Policies
Al Falah Communty Education centre is a charity registered in England. The nature of the charity's
opefations are set out in the trustees. reporL
The charity constitutes a public benefft entity as defined by FRS102. The accounts have been
prepared in accordance with Ihe Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and
Republic of Ireland {FRS102) and the Charib'es Act 2011.
The significant accounting policies applied in the preparation of these accounts are sel out below.'-

The INstees consider that depreciation of the frAed assets is not appropriate . Smaller moveable fixed

These are donations and other incoming resources receNable or generated for the objecls of the
Charity without any ftjrther specified purpose.
Taxation
As a registered charity the Al-Falah Community Education Centre is generalty exempl from income
and capitsl gains tax.
