THE EXAIREO TRUST LTD NOTÉS TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025 The Resident Volunteering targel for 2024-25 was kept at 100 average resident hours per week because external and other internal activities le.g. Exaireo's allotment, plaGement with the Malntenance Team, etc) were no longer being robustly measured. Hours are now only bein9 recorded for our Reuse Warehouse Unit. Although stats are no longer belng robustly captured for other resident activities, thes8 activities ar8 indeed still carrylng on. This residenl volunteering target will remain in place, at the same level, even though we only just met it this year. This should provide an inGentlve for sOlidatIng this area of service. Other targets remain the same and are realislic atthough they look low. This Is due to the very low sampl8-sizes Involved as Exaireo is a very small provider, with just 44 directly managed unlts as of 31 March 2025. Hence it would take very few failings to disproportionately Ghangé an outcx)me. E.g, Exaireo received only 7 complaints in this reporting year. 28
