Future of FoRMS
-
The majority of the Committee and proactive volunteers within the current
-
team will step down July 2026 as their children leave RMS
-
Post-AGM, we will communicate this evening's appointments and highlight upcoming vacancies with an urgent call to action.
-
If no new volunteers step up by the end of January 2026, an EGM will be called for February.
-
If no new volunteers step up at the EGM, we will be forced to wind up the charity at the end of this FY.
-
Second-hand uniform/revision resource provision will be seriously at risk.
-
The named officers of FoRMS will need 6 months to close the charity down should this be the outcome after the EGM.
THANK YOU to our Volunteers and everyone who has donated

Looking Ahead
-
No major fundraising events planned - whilst events were successful it took a gigantic effort to get minimum levels of ticket sales to cover event costs, and recruit sufficient volunteers
-
Focus only on providing affordable 2[nd] hand uniform - parents need to be aware this service is at risk - we rely on the same volunteers / resignations!
-
Spend the £££’s - invest heavily to support the school again this year - target to spend £30k etc.
