Appointment of Trustees The directors of the company are also Trustees for the purposes of Charity Law. When the company was formed, it was decided that directors would have to retire after three years by rotation and would be eligible for re-election at the AGM. Statement of Trustees. responsibblities. Company Law requires the Trustees to prepare financial stalements for each financial year thal give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company and of the income and expenditure of the company for that year. In preparing these financial statements the Trustees have..
