Agents Giving were able io supp)rt this by promoting good dee¢ls by Ihe industry which made such a huge difference in their local communities for cllaritable causes, community wups, individuals in need, the elderly homeless and vulnerable. Agents Giving organize a Supporters Scheme whereby agents sign up to for an annual fee of £99 to show their suptK)rt, this works well for agents who may not have the lime to get involved in a fundraising event themselves, but they want to do something lo help mgke & difference. Participating agents receive promotional mat¢riai to us¢ as well and their own web page to promole their company. In 2024 the sclieme rai5cd £6,089 with 62 signups. In 2024 Agents Giving raised £235,332 in tota] from die different source4 donations, activilies, and fill)draising events. Building on the successful fundraising events in 2023 we organized the following principal events during 2024.. Agents Giving Day - Industy wide Fundraising Day where Uie Property Industy are encouraged lo colled items and fill a f(x)d pgrcel to deliver on to their local food banks or carry out a good deed for their local f(M)d bank such as fisndraising or volunteer for the day. This resulted in thousands of f(x)d items being collected and donated to local food banks. Donate a Winter Coat Campaign - a winter coat collection with hundreds of coats being donated to many homeless shelters and charities. Agents Giving also collaborated with another charity Only a pavement Away to orgonize the donations across the main cities of the UK. Donate a Food Parcel Initiative - this was ongoing throughout the year with thousands of foods, toiletries. sanitary items and baby pr(Klucts were donated to food banks around the UK with people suprA)rting their own local f(M)d banks. Agents Giving Dragon Boat Race at Fairlop Waters. Essex - PosttK)n¢d duc to lake conditions until 7th September 2025, fjjndraising in aid of Magic Moments chil(tren's charity. Agents Giving Charity Golf Days - Fundraising for Agents Giving at the Morley Hayes Golf Resort in Derbyshire on 25th September 2024 and Agents Giving Charity Golf Day at Donnington Vatley, Newbury on 10th April. Agents Giving Summer Bail 2024 - Agents Got Talent aJ)d Fundraising Champions Awards, this w&8 an evening of celebration recognizing those in our industy who go the extra mile for their charities. setting a yeat example for others lo follow. The event raised £35,298. Agents Gol Tdent Funds (£14.000) were raised in support of Trussell. The Agents Giving Charity Golf Day 2024 organized by Agents Giving Chaim)an David Newnes and Board Member G8ttth Samples at Morlc>' Haves Golf Club, Derb>'shire. Eighteen teams registercd their four ba]1 1¢gms for art eighteen-hole shotgun start round of golf. All players wcre invited to a three-course dinner, wmplcte with a fundraising raffle and charity auction. The event raised £15,465. Agents Giving Charity Golf Day 2024 at Donnington Vatley, Old Oxford Rd, Donningtory Newbury RG14 3AG organized by Agents Giving Chairnlan David Newn¢s and Board Member Gareth Samples. Eighteen teams eighteen enjoyed a great sunny day on the golf course with breakfasL a three-￿urSe dinner au¢iion and raffle. The day raised £14,084. Agents Giving set up a new Charity Golf Day event this year at the Belfi)., Sutton Coldfield in ¢ollalx)ration with The Guild of Propety Profe55iona]s on 4th September 2024. Twenty-Two teams had an exhilarating fi￿draiSIng day with BBQ presentation dinner. raffl¢ and auction raising £25,010. These fi￿dS were shared with the Bone Cancer Research Trust. A cheque presentation look place in December at the Guild of Propety Professionals oifice in London. A8ents Givin8 set up a new event this year - the Great British Propety Cycle Challenge. This event took plac¢ in October 2024. Agents were invited to collectively ride around the British Isles. STRucfuRE, GOVERIYANCE AND MANAGEMENT The Estate Agency Foundation ("EAF") changed it's name on 3 1st January 2014 to Agents Giving. It 15 a charitable company limited by guarantee. It w&8 incortM)raled as a company on 18th February 2008 and w&s lakr registered as a charity with the Charity Commission on 7th June 2008. The charity'5 governing documents ar¢ its Memorandum and Articles of Association. Th¢ Arti¢les of Association provide for 8 minimum of three dire¢tors but do not set a maximum number.
