the money they ratse goes directly to the charity of their cFK)ice. Agents Givin8 promoie these g(M)d deeds and other
fundraising activities in the 1ndL￿ry through mark￿ing and promotion in social medi& press releases and on thc website.
The aim is to help agenls maximize their fimdraising efforts and SUPFKJrt a wide range of ch￿l(leS and community
projecis, this a]lows for more engagemeni lettings and estale agents and significantl). increase the atnount of money
rdised. Agents Giving also organize and hosi tundraising events ￿ allow funding for the grdnts which are made, to

Fundraising aetivities
A3 in 2023. the plan for 2024 wa5 to continu¢ to raise awareness of Agents Giving wnongsl the estate agency industy
gnd lo encourage ￿ many individuals and companies as possible to be involved in fundraising activities and do
something ￿ for charity no matter how big or smail.
Agents Giving were able io supp)rt this by promoting good dee¢ls by Ihe industry which made such a huge difference in
their local communities for cllaritable causes, community wups, individuals in need, the elderly* homeless and
vulnerable.
Agents Giving organize a Supporters Scheme whereby agents sign up to for an annual fee of £99 to show their suptK)rt,
this works well for agents who may not have the lime to get involved in a fundraising event themselves, but they want to
do something lo help mgke & difference. Participating agents receive promotional mat¢riai to us¢ as well and their own
web page to promole their company. In 2024 the sclieme rai5cd £6,089 with 62 signups.
In 2024 Agents Giving raised £235,332 in tota] from die different source4 donations, activilies, and fill)draising events.
Building on the successful fundraising events in 2023 we organized the following principal events during 2024..
Agents Giving Day - Industy wide Fundraising Day where Uie Property Industy are encouraged lo colled items and fill
a f(x)d pgrcel to deliver on to their local food banks or carry out a good deed for their local f(M)d bank such as
fisndraising or volunteer for the day. This resulted in thousands of f(x)d items being collected and donated to local food
banks.
Donate a Winter Coat Campaign - a winter coat collection with hundreds of coats being donated to many homeless
shelters and charities. Agents Giving also collaborated with another charity Only a pavement Away to orgonize the
donations across the main cities of the UK.
Donate a Food Parcel Initiative - this was ongoing throughout the year with thousands of foods, toiletries. sanitary items
and baby pr(Klucts were donated to food banks around the UK with people suprA)rting their own local f(M)d banks.
Agents Giving Dragon Boat Race at Fairlop Waters. Essex - PosttK)n¢d duc to lake conditions until 7th September 2025,
fjjndraising in aid of Magic Moments chil(tren's charity.
Agents Giving Charity Golf Days - Fundraising for Agents Giving at the Morley Hayes Golf Resort in Derbyshire on
25th September 2024 and Agents Giving Charity Golf Day at Donnington Vatley, Newbury on 10th April. Both charity
days were a sclloul with fl￿d3 raised for the Agents Giving Grdnl Fund.
Agents Giving Summer Bail 2024 - Agents Got Talent aJ)d Fundraising Champions Awards, this w&8 an evening of
celebration recognizing those in our industy who go the extra mile for their charities. setting a yeat example for others
lo follow. The event raised £35,298. Agents Gol Tdent Funds (£14.000) were raised in support of Trussell.
The Agents Giving Charity Golf Day 2024 organized by Agents Giving Chaim)an David Newnes and Board Member
G8ttth Samples at Morlc>' Haves Golf Club, Derb>'shire. Eighteen teams registercd their four ba]1 1¢gms for art
eighteen-hole shotgun start round of golf. All players wcre invited to a three-course dinner, wmplcte with a fundraising
raffle and charity auction. The event raised £15,465.
Agents Giving Charity Golf Day 2024 at Donnington Vatley, Old Oxford Rd, Donningtory Newbury RG14 3AG
organized by Agents Giving Chairnlan David Newn¢s and Board Member Gareth Samples. Eighteen teams eighteen
enjoyed a great sunny day on the golf course with breakfasL a three-￿urSe dinner au¢iion and raffle. The day raised
£14,084.
Agents Giving set up a new Charity Golf Day event this year at the Belfi)., Sutton Coldfield in ¢ollalx)ration with The
Guild of Propety Profe55iona]s on 4th September 2024. Twenty-Two teams had an exhilarating fi￿draiSIng day with
BBQ presentation dinner. raffl¢ and auction raising £25,010. These fi￿dS were shared with the Bone Cancer Research
Trust. A cheque presentation look place in December at the Guild of Propety Professionals oifice in London.
A8ents Givin8 set up a new event this year - the Great British Propety Cycle Challenge. This event took plac¢ in
October 2024. Agents were invited to collectively ride around the British Isles. Every £10 rdised for charity movd us
one mile fonvard on the map of th¢ UK supporting The Tn￿sell Tnjst. This event raised £1 5,772.

Agents Giving fundraisers and supp)rters were kept up lo dale with regular e-mail communications, the Agents Giving
website and on social media - Fa¢eixJoL Twitter. LinkedIn and Instaw. We continued io th'ork on raising aivaren¢ss
of the charity with news and uptses alongside regular pr￿5 releases to the tr￿e press. We promoted an industry i¥ide
campaign urging agents to doTra￿ a coat during the winter months io a l)omeless shelter or charity. whereby hundreds of
coats were collected and th)nated on a lo￿1 level. We similarly &sked agents ￿ coll¢ct and th)n*e food items to their
local f(x)d bank which r¢5ulted in literally thousands of items Ecing collected and (k)nat¢d to The Trussell Trust food
baDk5 and other f(KyJ bank centers around the UK.
The Agents Giving Chrisknas Siocking Appeal 2024 - Eng￿￿ with the prot*rty industy to encouragc collections and
donate festive chocolates and I￿xury fiyKI items lo k donated to local food banks to families who were unable to afford
these luxuries at Christh]L8 tim4 many don&ions wer¢ mad4 and we had a vffy good take up with these.
Agents Giving were the chosen tharity for 5UPWrt and fundraising for several major industy events and referral
schemes during 2024 including:

with The Guild of Property Professiona]s who supw>rt The Agents Giving grant fund with their £50 referral donation
scheme through their members. Continue to support and help even more agents and suppliers to the industry by
supponing with their fijndraising set up costs. Plan to run fjjrther Agents Giving events and work alongside our
supporters to provide even more opportunities to fi￿draiSe. Plan to wn some fundrwsing initiaiives to help some
worthH,hile causes and something that all agents, o£fices can be involved in including supporting their local food bank

STRucfuRE, GOVERIYANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The Estate Agency Foundation ("EAF") changed it's name on 3 1st January 2014 to Agents Giving. It 15 a charitable
company limited by guarantee. It w&8 incortM)raled as a company on 18th February 2008 and w&s lakr registered as a
charity with the Charity Commission on 7th June 2008.
The charity'5 governing documents ar¢ its Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Th¢ Arti¢les of Association provide for 8 minimum of three dire¢tors but do not set a maximum number. Directors are
appointed by the ix)ard of directors and retire by rotation after which they may put th¢mselv¢s forward for
reappointment. The Board keeps the skill requirements under review and in the event that a director retires or additional
new directors are required, the board asks for nominations.
New directors will receive a copy of the Memorandum and Articles, Annual Rqy)rL minutes and details of proj¢c15
fimded.
The dire¢lors meet four limes a year Jmd the day to day correspondence is del¢galed io the charitv's fundraising team.
