Community Relief

The CBO is a separate entity and the board makes decisions as to how funds should be distributed to support the Kasese community. The majority of An African Dream funds go directly to the CBO which in turn provides funds to St Mark school and other projects. The CBO is currently 100% funded by An African Dream in the UK.

Notwithstanding the above the Trustees agreed in September 2010 to keep in reserve a sum to cover 50% of one year’s wages for teachers at St Marks. This is currently about £5,000.00
